Shipping & Returns
We have tried to program the shopping cart to get accurate shipping costs. If your shipping costs seem high DON'T PANIC! We manually check all shipping costs to make sure you are not overpaying.
Country Meadow Ltd. reserves the right to make any and all changes to shipping costs. This includes not only correcting an overage on shipping but also any increases that need to be made.
Because shipping costs include shipping charges from the carrier as well as any packing material we use the postage shown on your box may not be the same as what you were charged.
You will receive via email a final invoice showing product pricing as well as the correct shipping costs once your order is ready to go.
Country Meadow ships either UPS Ground or USPS.
UPS does not ship to PO boxes.
Once your order leaves our facility we have no control over where it goes or how long it takes to arrive.
Please make sure you allow plenty of shipping time so your order arrives within your time frame.
We make no guarantees on shipping time lines. This is totaly up to the carrier!
You understand and agree that Country Meadow Ltd. has a processing time of 3-4 days starting the day after you place your order. This time frame does not include weekends or holidays. You also agree, for wholesale orders, depending on the product and quantity ordered the lead time may be increased to 3-4 weeks. Country Meadow Ltd. will notify wholesale orders of the lead time once your order is received. Your order will be sent out for shipping after the stated lead time.
In the event that you, for whatever reason, refuse delivery of your order and it is returned to us (unopened) you agree to refund us the shipping costs both for the original shipping and the return as well as pay a 30% restocking fee. You agree to not withhold payment or file a dispute regarding these fees. Once the return order has been inspected Country Meadow Ltd. will refund your payment minus the above fees within 2-3 weeks after the return has been received.
If you request a commercial delivery (UPS) and UPS re-rates it as residential delivery you agree to the additional charge to your credit card.
Seasonal Temperature Changes
You understand and agree that seasonal temperature changes can effect natural skin care and home fragrance products. You understand and agree that alternate shipping methods may be advised such as overnight express or cold packed at an additional expense to you. You understand and realize that seasonal changes vary from one part of the country to the other and it is your responsibility to consider the temperature ranges from beginning to end. No refunds will be given for products traveling in extreme temperatures and are damaged because you elected a less than desirable shipping method.
We do ship international orders and will manually figure out shipping costs using the best carrier for your situation. There will be an additional $5.00 handling charge for all international orders to help cover the additional documentation and time needed to process your order.
Please inspect your package at the time of delivery and if damaged, note it on the delivery ticket when you sign for it. Any damaged package must be reported to Country Meadow Ltd. within 24 hours after accepting delivery.
If any product is damaged during shipping it will need to be reported both to Country Meadow Ltd. and the carrier. All shipping packaging must be kept as well as the damaged product as the carrier will need to inspect both items. All claims will need to be filed with the carrier for reimbursement.
Country Meadow Ltd. will assist you in any way to help expedite this process.
Due to the nature of our products Country Meadow Ltd. cannot accept any returns of opened product as we can no longer guarantee the purity of the item and it cannot go out for resale.
Defective items will be replaced at no charge once the unused original item has been sent back to us for inspection. Once the defect has been confirmed we will reimburse you for both the product and the return shipping. You may also elect to get a replacement product or store credit instead of a refund.
Your support of our company and our products is very important to us. We understand that you are placing your trust in us when you order and we want you to be 100% satisfied.
